評分標準：發音30%、音調30%、流暢度 20%、肢體20%。名次選項：選出第一、二、三名，最佳人氣獎一位及佳作兩位。

評語: The contestant delivered the speech not only fluently, but also will full confidence. As to the content of his speech it fits the criteria of the contest. Overall, she excell among the rest of the participants.

第二名:  中正國小EW3 Jett Sheng  編號  007    作品影片 

評語: The content of his speech is much creative and delivered fluently with much enthusiasm. Good job!

第三名:  中正國小EW3 Emma  編號 006  作品影片 

評語: The participant presented the speech with vigor, fluent pronunciation and with good content. Unfortunately, at the later part of her speech, it seeme she forgot some part and stopped a while. Overall, well-delivered.

恭喜以上得獎參賽者，獎狀由協會統一製作後，寄送至各學校，請學校於學生朝會時頒發表揚。

 獎品由協會轉交給各指導老師於上課時頒發。
