拍攝人與山海景觀、特色地景、自然美景、建築古蹟、動植物生態…等臺灣美景合照，展現臺灣多元之美。

Event Theme:
Taking photos of people and Taiwan's beautiful scenery, such as mountain and sea landscapes, characteristic landscapes, natural beauties, architectural monuments, animal and plant ecology, etc., to show the diverse beauty of Taiwan.

│參賽資格│
除本活動主辦、承辦、協辦單位之辦理作業及相關人員不可參加比賽外， 凡具備中華民國身分及居留證人士皆可參加。

Eligibility：
Except for the host, organizer, and co-organizer of this event, and related personnel are not allowed to participate, people with the identity of the Republic of China and ARC can sign up for this event.
 

│活動方式│
(一) 參賽者可自行加入投稿，最多可上傳10張照片，最少至少1張。
(二) 每個帳號(綁定LINE登入帳號)一天僅能投票一次。
(三) 參賽者上傳照片時，需一起上傳主題與作品說明文字。
(四) 優勝由投票數最高前五名獲得，人氣獎由網頁點閱率最高前五名獲得，兩獎項需

分別獨立計算，不得互相累計，上述十位得獎者人選不得重複。
 

How to join the event：

1. Participants can join the submission by themselves, uploading up to 10 photos, and minimum at least one.
    
2. Each account (with LINE) can only vote once a day.
    
3. When uploading photos, participants must give a subject and a description for it.
    
4. Winners will be awarded by the top five with the highest number of votes, and the popularity award will be based on top five with the highest page view rate. These two awards shall be calculated independently and not be accumulated with each other. The above ten winners shall not be repeated.

│注意事項│

1. 參賽作品須為自行創作，不得加色、抄襲、拷貝、電腦合成等…後製，並限未參加其他比賽、未經發表或出版者，且無發生侵害第三人著作權、肖像權、人格權、隱私權之情事；如有抄襲、重製、侵權、誹謗或違反公序良俗或其他法令等情形，將取消參賽資格、並追回獲獎相關權利外，相關法律責任由該參賽者自負。其得獎缺額之遞補與否，由主辦單位商議並公告。
    
2. 得獎作品和原稿底片（或數位檔案）之著作權歸主辦單位所有。得獎作品有權公開展覽及修改內容，印製成各種社教資料或任何印刷成品，不另支稿費或版稅。
    
3. 參賽者視同承認「臺灣好玩耍 高額獎金讓你拿！」活動之相關規定，並同意主辦單位享有完整之著作權，可於活動作品內容上之編輯、修飾、使用、公開展示像。活動結束後，擇優作品進行展示、剪輯，並另行通知該照片創作者填寫著作財產權及肖像權授權使用同意書。
    
4. 每位參賽者僅能投稿乙次，不得重複參加活動。
    
5. 若使用不正當方法或惡意程式灌票者，經主辦單位查證屬實，不當來源票數不列入計算，主辦單位有權刪除，不計票數。
    
6. 主辦單位後續亦可將得獎作品上傳至培力網網站成果專區，供民眾閱覽觀看。
    
7. 得獎人領取獎金依所得稅法相關規定扣繳所得稅。
    
8. 主辦單位擁有活動最終解釋與說明權。

Attention：

1. An entry must be an original work, it can’t be additive color, plagiarism, copying, computer synthesis, etc... , moreover, it does not infringe any rights such as portrait rights, personality rights, privacy rights of any third parties. If there is any　plagiarism, reproduction, infringement, 
   
   defamation or violation of public order and good customs or other laws and regulations, an entry will be disqualified　from competition or prize. Should an entry break any laws, the participant shall be held responsible for all legal liabilities. Whether to make up for the vacancy of the award will be discussed and announced by the host unit.
    
2. The copyright of the winning entries and original camera negatives (or digital files) belongs to the host unit. The winning entries have the right to be publicly exhibited and modified, printed into various social and educational materials or any printed product, without additional fees or royalties.
    
3. Participants are deemed to have acknowledged the relevant regulations of the " Taiwan is so much fun! Come and get high prizes!" Furthermore, participants agree that the host unit has the complete copyright and can edit and modify the content of the event works, decorating, use, and publicly display images. After the event, the best works will be displayed, edited, and creators will be notified to fill in the consent form for the authorized use of copyright property rights and portrait rights.
    
4. Each participant can only submit once and cannot join in the event repeatedly.
    
5. Participant who uses improper methods or malicious programs to fill votes will be verified by the host unit, and the votes from improper sources will not be counted, and the host unit has the right to delete them without counting the votes.
    
6. The host unit can also upload the winning entries to IFI Networks website (achievement section) for the public to review.
    
7. The winners receive their prizes and withhold income tax in accordance with the relevant provisions based on Income Tax Law.
    
8. The Organizer reserves the right to make decision on all matters relating to the competition, which shall be final. And explanation right of the event.
