​│辦理理念│

在忙碌的現在社會下，鼓勵民眾多留意身邊的美景，靜心欣賞，以徵件投稿形式，透過民眾與臺灣美景合照，記錄與傳遞臺灣之美，藉此讓更多民眾或新住民朋友了解居住於臺灣的美好。
Purpose:
Due to the fast-paced lifestyle nowadays, we highly encourage people to slow down, paying attention on surroundings, experiencing those beautiful sceneries and take picture with them. With this activity, we can delivery the beauty of Taiwan to more new residents.​

│活動主題│

拍攝人與山海景觀、特色地景、自然美景、建築古蹟、動植物生態…等臺灣美景合照，展現臺灣多元之美。
Event Theme:
Taking photos of people and Taiwan's beautiful scenery, such as mountain and sea landscapes, characteristic landscapes, natural beauties, architectural monuments, animal and plant ecology, etc., to show the diverse beauty of Taiwan.

(一) 活動時間：111年10月7日(五)起至111年11月28日(一)止
　1. 第一階段 (上傳稿件)：111年10月7日(五)~111年 11月14日(一)止
　2. 第二階段(票選優勝及人氣選拔) ：111年11月15日(二)~111年11月28日(一)止

(二) 公告時間：111年12月2日(五)
(三) 頒獎時間：預計與移民節活動結合，時間為111年12月10日(六)

1. Event Date (dd/mm/yy) ：  From 07/10/22 (FRI)-28/11/22(MON)
   a. The first stage (Uploading files)：07/10/22 (FRI)-14/11/22(MON)
   b. The second stage (Winner vote & Popular vote)：15/11/22 (FRI)-28/11/22(MON)

3. Time of award：It is expected to be combined with the Immigration Festival on 10/12/22 (SAT)
   
   

​│參賽資格│

除本活動主辦、承辦、協辦單位之辦理作業及相關人員不可參加比賽外， 凡具備中華民國身分及居留證人士皆可參加。
Eligibility：
Except for the host, organizer, and co-organizer of this event, and related personnel are not allowed to participate, people with the identity of the Republic of China and ARC can sign up for this event.

│活動方式│詳見活動辦法

(一) 參賽者可自行加入投稿，最多可上傳10張照片，最少至少1張。
(二) 每個帳號(綁定FB或LINE登入帳號)一天僅能投票一次。
(三) 參賽者上傳照片時，需一起上傳主題與作品說明文字。
(四) 優勝由投票數最高前五名獲得，人氣獎由網頁點閱率最高前五名獲得，兩獎項需
分別獨立計算，不得互相累計，上述十位得獎者人選不得重複。
How to join the event：( Please refer to the Event Guidelines )

1. Participants can join the submission by themselves, uploading up to 10 photos, and minimum at least one.
2. Each account (with FB or LINE) can only vote once a day.
3. When uploading photos, participants must give a subject and a description for it.
4. Winners will be awarded by the top five with the highest number of votes, and the popularity award will be based on top five with the highest page view rate. These two awards shall be calculated independently and not be accumulated with each other. The above ten winners shall not be repeated.
   
   

​│評選方式及獎金規劃│
(一) 投票率最高前五名，為優勝得主，獎金如下:
　　第一名（乙位）: 新臺幣捌仟元整。
　　第二名（乙位）: 新臺幣伍仟元整。
　　第三名（乙位）: 新臺幣參仟元整。
　　第四名（乙位）: 新臺幣貳仟元整。
　　第五名（乙位）: 新臺幣壹仟伍佰元整。

(二)點閱率最高前五名，為人氣獎得主，獎金如下人氣獎（伍位）: 新臺幣伍佰元整。
以上共貳萬貳仟元整。
Selection and reward placement：

1. The top five with the highest voting rate are the winners, and the prizes are as follows (each award for 1 person only)：
   　　　1st  place：8,000NTD
   　　　2nd place：5,000NTD
   　　　3rd  place：1,000 NTD
   　　　4th  place：2,000 NTD
   　　　5th  place：1,500 NTD
   
   
2. ​The top five with the highest click-through rate are the winners of the Popularity Award, and the prizes are as follows (available for 5 people) : 
   ​Popularity Award：500NTD

Above amount total twenty thousand twenty thousand New Taiwan dollar.
