note: Garlic and ginger ingredients are ground into puree first, and the flavor will be stronger when added to the cooking. If you don’t have a grinder, you can chop the sesame seeds with a grinder. It doesn’t matter if you add them directly without a tool.
1. Boil the water, and blanch the iron plate noodles with hot water for about 2~3 minutes. Drain and set aside. If you don't like to stick, you can mix with very little sesame oil.
2. Use a wok to add an appropriate amount of pure sesame oil and ◎ ground garlic. Turn the ginger to a medium-to-low heat and fry the scent
3. Add the ground pork and stir-fry on medium heat until the pork is cooked (the color is not red)
4. Add ◉ soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, chicken powder, sesame seeds, stir fry, add soy milk, boil and it is complete
5. Serve the noodles and soup separately. Add Yilan three-star shallots to the soup and sprinkle some sesame seeds. If you like spicy oil, add a little more
6. Enjoy the food, pick up the noodles, and dipped in the soup, it’s great, and enjoy it! !
