材料:雞蛋 4個,培根120克,波菜40克,洋蔥200克,奶酪80克,淡奶油240克,意粉80克
調味料:Kale & Basil Pesto, 盐
花形奶蛋做法:預備一個6吋花形模具
1. 培根煎熟切碎;用剩在锅里的培根油炒熟洋葱丁;菠菜用水煮熟切小段备用.
2. 把4個雞蛋,奶酪,淡奶油和1的所用材料搅拌,加入適量的鹽. 然后倒入花模具.
3. 烤箱350华度烤30分鐘. 取出倒扣在一個10吋的圓形碟.

意粉:用適量的水加一匙鹽開水放入意粉,煮軟撈出用冷水過篩. 拌入Kale & Basil Pesto, 適量的鹽.

將拌好的意圍繞著奶蛋排放好. 灑上點綴完成!
