米饭,牛油果,虾仁,苦菊,黄瓜,圣女果,生菜,鸡蛋,火腿,青豆,玉米粒。芝麻酱汁,苹果醋,芝麻油,糖,蔬菜高汤。
材料一:米饭,火腿,青豆,玉米粒,蔬菜高汤
1,少油,火腿,青豆,玉米粒下锅翻炒1分钟,
2,加入米饭和蔬菜高汤一起搅拌,
3,放入碗中倒扣在盘中备用。
材料二:
雞蛋 2顆 egg 2pcs
鹽 少許 salt q.s.
作法:
1. 雞蛋與鹽打散成蛋液。
2. 鍋倒入適量油加熱,倒入蛋液,煎至底部略凝固,以筷子從邊緣往內夾起。
3. 鍋子往另一邊旋轉,慢慢多轉幾次,至蛋皮的裙襬皺褶越越來越明顯,煎至約八分熟即可。
4. 將裙襬蛋蓋在飯上即可。
材料三:圣女果,牛油果,苦苣,生菜黄瓜,虾仁
1,蔬菜洗净,切块放入盘中
2,虾仁热水煮熟,圣女果烤熟加入黑胡椒和盐
3,所有食材放入盘中淋上芝麻酱汁。
