麻油酒蒸龍蝦

材料:
麻油........2 大匙
薑片........8片
龍蝦........4隻
米酒或日本清酒........1米杯 (180ml)

作法:

1. 用小火煸炒麻油與薑片, 直到薑片呈現微微焦黃色

2. 將洗乾淨並殺好的龍蝦,放到鍋中

3. 淋上一米杯米酒, 中小火蒸煮15-20分鐘即可



p.s.

可以將龍蝦頭與鍋中的龍蝦湯汁精華,再加上米酒和水,煮成火鍋

再將高麗菜.豆腐,菇類放進去燙熟. 即可變成麻油龍蝦鍋. 湯好味濃非常好吃
