使用在地有機食材，烹調出素顏的美味；以行動支持綠色生產，用鍋鏟翻轉明日餐桌。由國立宜蘭大學有機中心和農糧署合作推動之「有機之心‧美食餐廳」計畫，會員均為使用國產有機食材料理的餐廳，目前已有超過100家餐廳加入。「有機之心‧美食餐廳」宗旨：擴展有機農產品的行銷通路，鼓勵餐廳支持台灣的有機農民，同時使外食民眾吃的安心，打造一個「環境得永續，生產者得尊重，消費者得安心」的綠色消費循環。近年來食安問題連環爆，社會大眾開始重視自己到底吃了什麼，其實早有一群人為了台灣的食農體制默默努力，讓飲食消費不再是對
