" 茶 . 米. 香"

用茶香配上紫米, 蛋皮,紅椒,肉鬆,做成一口健康美味輕食.

東方美人茶, 糯米,及少許紫米, 紫包心菜, 橘紅迷你椒,小黃瓜, 雞蛋,素鬆或肉鬆少許
及一匙檸檬及美乃滋.

用"台灣之光"新竹北埔的東方美人茶,約5克用150 cc沸水先冲泡,一分鐘後出湯,



準備一杯糯米及少許紫米,先浸泡茶湯一小時後瀝乾,再將米飯上蒸籠蒸熟。



用色彩繽紛的紫包心菜,橘紅迷你椒,小黃瓜先切細丁,再將雞蛋打散,煎成蛋皮後切碎,



加素鬆或肉鬆少許,及一匙檸檬及美乃滋將有茶香的米飯混合後,揉成長圓型飯球,再放入一口匙內即成。



這道無油煙健康輕食"茶、米、香"料理,很適合小朋友野餐或放學後當點心,吃完身體無負擔!
